Shipping:
Bondstreetshoes.com offers UPS ground shipping for all domestic orders for a flat fee of $ 8.00 per item.
All In-Stock items ship within 24 hours after order confirmation, on business days.
Holidays, Saturdays and Sundays are not considered business days.
An e-mail shipping confirmation will be sent to you upon UPS collection.
All orders ship as completed unless specified otherwise during checkout. If one or more of your items are backordered, you will be notified of the delay by e-mail.
Returns:
Bondstreetshoes.com will accept an authorized return within 7 days after you receive the merchandise for exchange, full refund or store credit, as long as the item is unworn and in the original box, accompanied by the packing slip and receipt.
For an authorized return please contact Bondstreetshoes.com by telephone or e-mail to obtain an Return Authorizing number. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Bondstreetshoes.com is not responsible for any shipping charges on returns.
If the product is returned after 7 days, or if it is not in the original packaging, Bondstreetshoes.com will issue a store credit to be used within one year.
No refunds, exchanges, or store credit will be offered on worn products.
Sale merchandise and promotion items are final sales.
Refunds will be credited within 7 days and will show on your next statement depending on the issuing bank and/or billing cycle. If you have requested an exchange, your charge account will be credited for the return and charged for the new item.
Unfortunately, we cannot refund your original shipping charges.
Returning Items In Person:
You may also return products purchased through bondstreetshoes.com at our Bondstreet Shoes store. Please bring along your packing slip, receipt and the original packaging.
